Located near Weiss Lake in the heart of Cherokee County, the Cherokee County Health and Rehabilitation Center has a well-trained, caring, and dedicated staff, with resident care being our top priority. CCHRC is also a short drive from Gadsden and Anniston Alabama as well as Rome Georgia.

Our skilled nursing facility specializes in wound care, rehabilitation, Alzheimer’s or Dementia memory care, pain management, hospice care, diabetic care, restorative programs, and much more. Meeting the physical, medical, and social needs of our residents and their families is a primary focus for our team.
