CCHRC Adopt-A-Resident Christmas Stocking

This year, each resident at Cherokee County Health & Rehab will be receiving a Christmas stocking from Santa Claus on December 24, 2022. If you would like to “Adopt-A-Resident” you can do so by purchasing, making, or donating supplies for the Christmas Stockings. You may also donate monies to purchase supplies to help with this project. If you would like to purchase items for this project here are a few examples of things that are needed:

  • Christmas Stockings
  • Small Christmas Stuffed Animals
  • Socks (w/ grippers on the bottom)
  • Small Throw
  • Word Search Books
  • Coloring Books
  • Crayons (Non-Toxic)
  • Colored Pencils
  • Markers (washable)
  • Chocolate (Hershey Kisses)
  • Soft Peppermint Candy
  • Candy Canes
  • Sugar Free Candy
  • Pudding
  • Applesauce
  • Small Bags 0f Chips/ Snacks
  • Combs/ Hairbrush
  • Kleenex (pocket size)
  • Lotion
  • Body Wash
  • Deodorant
  • Body Powder (nothing medicated)

You can also include a Christmas card with a special note to the resident receiving the gift. All completed Stockings, Supplies and /or monies can be turned in to the Activity Department by December 19th.
